Opting Out of "Sale" or "Sharing" of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, like many companies, we use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and visitor identification, and some of these activities may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.

- Visitor identification opt-out. Our website uses technology from an online data partner that may associate your visit with contact information. You can opt out directly at https://app.retention.com/optout.
- Email us. Send a request to privacy@brand.ai with the subject line "Opt Out" and we will apply the opt-out to the information we hold about you.
Opt-outs made through your browser (including GPC and cookie settings) apply to that browser and device. If you use multiple browsers or devices, make your choice on each one.
Marketing Emails
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing privacy@brand.ai. We may still send you non-promotional messages, such as messages about your account or a transaction.
Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights. To exercise any of them, contact us at privacy@brand.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If permitted in your state, you may authorize an agent to submit an opt-out or other request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
