About you

We're seeking a Product Designer who can translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, design led experiences for sophisticated brand professionals. This is a role for someone who combines exceptional craft with deep empathy for user needs -- someone who can design interfaces that make powerful technology feel effortless and natural.

This role is particularly unique because you'll be designing for customers who are navigating the real and immediate impact AI is having on their work -- the societal, philosophical, and economic transformations reshaping how brands operate. You'll need to understand both the technical possibilities of AI systems and the creative workflows of brand professionals to design experiences that truly serve their needs.

What you’ll do

• Design end-to-end experiences for our AI-powered platform
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into design decisions
• Design AI-specific interfaces (prompts, generation feedback, visualizations)
• Collaborate with design engineers and developers on implementation

What we're looking for

• 4-7 years product design experience, preferably B2B SaaS
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and UX problem-solving
• Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, prototyping tools)
• Strong user research and design systems experience
• Understanding of front-end development fundamentals
• Interest in AI and how it transforms creative industries
• Startup experience with ability to balance craft and velocity
