About you

We're seeking a GTM Engineer to own and scale our go-to-market automation infrastructure. You'll build and optimize the workflows that power our entire GTM engine—from lead enrichment to CRM orchestration to multi-channel outreach.

This is a hands-on automation role for someone who knows their way around modern GTM tools and has the technical chops to connect them together. You'll work directly with our head of GTM to eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and unlock revenue through smart automation.

This role is particularly unique because you'll be working with customers who are navigating the real and immediate impact AI is having on their work -- the societal, philosophical, and economic transformations reshaping how brands operate. You'll need to understand both the technical capabilities of our platform and the cultural shifts driving demand for it.

What you’ll do

  • Own our GTM technical stack
  • Build end-to-end automation workflows connecting our GTM stack
  • Design data enrichment pipelines with AI/LLM integration
  • Own CRM architecture and workflows in Attio
  • Create multi-channel outreach sequences with personalization at scale
  • Build custom integrations and API connectors
  • Implement analytics dashboards tracking GTM performance

What we're looking for

Experience & Track Record

  • 2-5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, growth ops, or technical automation roles including GTM Engineering (with a broader focus than just Clay-enabled outbound)
  • Extensive experience with AI/LLM workflows (Claude, OpenAI, Parallel, Perplexity, Exa)
  • Hands-on expertise with n8n - you've built complex multi-path workflow systems with error handling, webhooks, and API integrations
  • Modern GTM tools: Deep experience with at least 2-3 of: Clay, Attio, Lemlist, Default
  • API integration skills: Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and building custom connectors

Technical Experience

  • Data enrichment platforms (Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Payment automation tools (Stripe)
  • Experience building scrapers and data extraction tools
  • Programming proficiency (Typescript or Python) for automation scripts, data workflows, and API orchestration
  • SQL knowledge for DB queries and data analysis

Location & Timezone

  • Fully remote, offshore position
  • Must align with US West Coast hours (PST/PDT timezone)
  • Minimum 4 hours daily overlap with 9am-1pm PST for team collaboration
  • Ideal regions: Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina) or East Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam) with PST shift availability

Communication

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) required
  • Daily async updates via Slack
  • Weekly team syncs during core overlap hours
  • Over-communicate proactively to offset timezone differences
